Agle ERIK AGLE (Ensemble, u/s Marius) is thrilled to be making his PTC debut! National tours: South Pacific, based on the Lincoln Center Production. Other roles: Harry in Company (Playhouse on Park), The Disciple in Savior of the World (Conference Center Theater). Erik is a Pittsburgh native and BYU MDT graduate. He teaches musical theater and voice locally at Pioneer High School for the Performing Arts, and at On Broadway Academy.
Bailey J. MICHAEL BAILEY* (Ensemble, u/s Valjean) recently played Jean Valjean in Utah Shakespeare Festival’s popular production of Les Misérables. Notable roles include: George in Sunday in the Park with George, Sweeney in Sweeney Todd, Jack the Ripper in White Chapel, Captain Hook inPeter Pan, and the Leading Player in Pippin. As a singer/songwriter, he has released three studio albums and featured on nearly a dozen more. Currently he is hard at work on his fourth solo project, Throw the Stone, which will be released later this summer. He currently lives in Centerville, Utah with his amazing wife and four incredible children.
Bess GINGER BESS* (Ensemble) is thrilled to be back at PTC in Les Misérables a second time! Other shows she was featured in at PTC: A Christmas Carol: The Musical, Rent and Sunset Boulevard. Ginger has performed in theatres coast to coast, and received national recognition as the mezzo-soprano soloist in Bernstein’s Mass with Utah Symphony. Favorites: Roxie Hart (Chicago), Lucy (Jekyll and Hyde), Mary Magdalene (Jesus Christ Superstar), Mrs. Walker (Tommy), Susan (Tick Tick…Boom!), Betty Haynes (White Christmas), Yonah (Children of Eden), Aldonza (Man of La Mancha), and Sally Bowles (Cabaret). Ginger is a voice teacher at Weber State University, and she tours a Jazz/Cabaret show. Bolt DUSTIN BOLT (Ensemble) received his BA in Musical Theatre from Weber State University where he studied under Tracy Callahan and Jim Christian. Past roles include: Charles Guiteau, Assassins; Dan, Next to Normal; Leaf Coneybear, The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee; Mouse, If You Give a Mouse a Cookie; and Younger Brother, Ragtime. He would like to thank his parents for their continued love and ever-constant support.
BrownZ ZACHARY BROWN (Gavroche) played the title role in Hale Center Theatre’s Oliver! last year. He has been on many episodes of the television show Signing Time, on PBS and Nick Jr., and has done extensive voiceover work for television and radio commercials. His musical training includes piano, violin and voice. This R.M.S. Titanic trivia buff has been singing for audiences since age three. PTC debut.

Coudriet CHAD COUDRIET* (Ensemble, u/s Enjolras) is happy to make his PTC debut and thanks the entire “Les Miz” team for making it possible. Chad recently toured Japan with the Tokyo Philharmonic orchestra as Gaston in Disney’s Beauty and the Beast. In New York, Chad has played Donald Rumsfeld in The Passion of George W. Bush and George in Dr. Sex. His recent regional credits include Tony in West Side Story, Frankie in Forever Plaid, Captain Walker inTommy, and The Tin Man in The Wizard of Oz. His proudest role to date is being husband to Joanne Coudriet. DavisJ JOSH DAVIS* (Javert) is thrilled to be back in SLC after previously playing a man stuck under a cart in PTC’s original run of Les Misérables. Driggs MARY FANNING DRIGGS* (Ensemble, u/s Madame Thénardier) is thrilled to return to PTC. Ms. Driggs has appeared in 15 PTC productions, including Sunset Boulevard, White Christmas, 42nd Street, Les Misérables, The Producers, My Fair Lady, Disneys Beauty and the Beast and Smokey Joes Cafe. Originally from Texas, Mary holds a B.F.A. from Brigham Young University. Her favorite local and regional credits include Annie Oakley in Annie Get Your Gun, The Narrator in Joseph…, Winnifred inOnce Upon a Mattress, Charity in Sweet Charity, Lizzie in Baby and Alonso in The Tempest (directed by Tony Kushner). Mary maintains a private vocal studio and teaches workshops specializing in pop-belt techniques. A proud member of Actors’ Equity Association, Mary and husband David are the parents of six remarkable children.
Galanis TIA GALANIS (Swing) is thrilled to work with PTC for the first time on Les Misérables. Tia is a junior in the Musical Theater Program at the University of Utah, after having attended The Boston Conservatory of Music for her freshman year. Previous credits includeSweeney Todd (Beggar Woman), and HAIR (Jeanie).
Garside LINDSEA GARSIDE (Ensemble) a graduate of Weber State University, Lindsea loves all aspects of theater. Favorite roles include: Betty Blake in Will Rogers Follies, Nellie in South Pacific, Guinevere in Camelotand Adelaide in Guys and Dolls. Lindsea thanks her mentors, Jim Christian and Alane Schultz, and her family for their support. To pessimists asking what she would do with a musical theater degree she replies, “This!”
Hagee BILLY HAGEE (Ensemble) is thrilled to be a part of this production of one of his favorite musicals! He is currently a student at BYU studying Music/Dance/Theatre and Psychology. His latest credits include Austin Bennett in I Love You Becausewith Utah Repertory Theatre and Seton Cram inHoliday at Brigham Young University. He would like to thank his incredible parents, sisters, and friends for being so supportive of him, and this amazing cast and crew for making this experience an unforgettable one.
Hartman DARA HARTMAN* (Ensemble, u/s Eponine) is thrilled to be a part of this cast! A native of California, Dara has lived, studied and performed in England, Norway, Australia and the U.S. Favorite credits: All Shook Up(Natalie/Ed), Happy Days: A New Musical (Joanie),Cabaret (Sally Bowles), Children of Eden (Eve), Our Country’s Good (Mary), Virtually Me! (Chloe, original cast). Dara has been featured in The Town Hall’sSummer Broadway Festival in New York City three years running.
Heiden ZOE HEIDEN (Young Cosette) has performed as Adelaide in Guys and Dolls and as Gertrude inSeussical Jr. at the Egyptian Theatre in Park City. She has auditioned on Broadway for Matilida. She has performed the National Anthem at multiple venues, including the UT Olympic Oval. She has placed second in the Con Brio Vocal Competition the last two years and studies voice at UT Conservatory.
Hensley DALE HENSLEY* (Thénardier) is thrilled to be back at PTC where he played Roger DeBris in The Producers. He has appeared on Broadway in La Cage aux Folles(2010 revival), The Drowsy Chaperone, La Cage (2005 revival), Sunset Boulevard, Guys and Dolls, Cats andAnything Goes. He has toured in La Cage, The Drowsy Chaperone, The Full Monty, Big, The Music of Andrew Lloyd Webber, Sugar Babies, and was in the Vegas company of Hairspray. He has sung with Patti LuPone at Carnegie Hall, with the NY Philharmonic at Avery Fisher Hall, on Garrison Keillor’s Prairie Home Companion at Town Hall, and has appeared in 10 City Center Encores. On TV, Dale has been on Law & Order: SVU, Guiding Light and All My Children. Regional favorites: Hairspray (North Carolina Theatre),42nd Street (Goodspeed), Candide (Connecticut Rep),The Immigrant (Westport), Victor/Victoria (Papermill Playhouse) and 1776 (Williamstown Theatre Festival).
Inkley BRIGHAM INKLEY (Gavroche) Brig is thrilled to make his PTC debut in “Les Miz.” He has performed locally at CenterPoint and HCT, with favorite roles of Winthrop (The Music Man) and Jonathon (A Christmas Carol). He also loves the guitar, Disneyland, and the Utes.
JustinIvie JUSTIN IVIE* (Ensemble) is thrilled to be a part of Les Misérables, his 29th appearance at Pioneer Theatre Company. Previous favorites include A Christmas Carol: The Musical (Marley), The Producers, Paint Your Wagon, Les Misérables, Othello, Julius Caesar,Cyrano de Bergerac, 1776 and Into the Woods. Utah audiences have also seen him in Amadeus at the Old Lyric, White Christmas at the Egyptian and in Kiss Me, Kate at UMT, among many others. While attending Weber State, Justin played Sweeney in Sweeney Toddand Roger Marshall in the world premiere of The Pirated Penzance. He received his MFA from Northern Illinois University where he appeared in Three Sisters,Measure for Measure, Baby and the English language premiere of the nine-hour epic The Terrible but Unfinished Story of Norodom Sihanouk, King of Cambodia.
Jablonski MICHAEL D. JABLONSKI* (Ensemble, Dance Captain) was last seen on Pioneer Theatre Company’s stage as Action in West Side Story, and is excited to be back to storm the barricade! ScottAb ABIGAIL SCOTT (Young Eponine) is happy to return to PTC after playing Grace Smythe in A Christmas Carol: The Musical. ScottMa MAGGIE SCOTT (Young Cosette/Ensemble) is a performer at heart who’s been entertaining local audiences for the past four years. This is her third appearance with PTC, following Annie and A Christmas Carol: The Musical. Other favorites: Hale Orem’s Secret Garden (Mary Lennox) and The Grand’s The Wizard of Oz (Coroner). Film credits:Christmas Oranges, Haunt and The Adventures of Roborex. Maggie loves singing with One Voice Children’s Choir, dancing, writing, hula-hooping and making i-movies. Sherman PERRY SHERMAN* (Marius) PTC debut! First National Tours: Next to Normal (Henry/Gabe Standby) and Spring Awakening (Chair of Rock). Regional Theatre: Avenue Q (Princeton/Rod) directed by puppet designer Rick Lyon, and most recently at the York Theatre Walk on the Wild Side (Dove). He is grateful for the opportunity to reprise this role, having butchered it once in high school. For that reason, this is dedicated to Rob Fessler. Trained at Carnegie Mellon University. Daniel DANIEL T. SIMONS* (Ensemble) is excited to return to PTC after many shows, including Man of La Mancha, Rent, Sunset Boulevard, 42nd Street, Miss Saigon, and others. Favorite roles include Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde in Jekyll & Hyde, Jon in Jonathan Larson’s Tick, Tick…Boom! and others. While earning his B.A. in Musical Theater from WSU, Daniel performed with the cast of the Kennedy Center ACTF production of The Serpent in Washington, D.C. Other roles: Cain (Children of Eden), Billy Bigelow (Carousel), Franz (Sunday in the Park with George), Ernst (Cabaret), and others. Daniel also runs Dark Horse Company Theatre, writes music and leads his band, Vivian’s Way. SONY DSC AUSTIN JOHN SMITH (Swing) is excited to return to PTC after playing Fred in A Christmas Carol: The Musical. Austin is a sophomore in the Musical Theatre Program at the University of Utah. Recent roles include Melchior Gabor, Spring Awakening; Anthony Hope,Sweeney Todd; Joe Hardy, Damn Yankees; Eddie,The Wild Party. He has worked in New York City with Open Jar Productions with Jeff Whiting and James Gray. Thank you to my wife Britney.

DAVID SPENCER* (Bishop, Ensemble, u/s Thénardier) most recently appeared at PTC in its first production of Les Misérables six years ago, but his association with PTC dates back to 1985’s Candide. Since then, he has appeared in productions ranging from Macbeth and Amadeus to Arcadia, Sweeney Todd and Cyrano de Bergerac. PTC gave him his first Equity contract when he played Ezekiel Cheever in the 1996 production of The Crucible, and he has remained a proud member of Actors’ Equity Association ever since. He has also worked extensively for Salt Lake Acting Company, Sundance Summer Theatre, and Plan-B Theatre Company.  He recently played Clown I in The 39 Steps for Mason Street Warehouse in Saugatuck, Michigan, for which he received a Wilde Award for Actor in a Comedy.
